Matt Germonprez is currently a faculty member at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, College of Information Science and Technology. Prior to joining UNO, he was a faculty member at UW-Eau Claire and Case Western Reserve University and a Ph.D. student at the University of Colorado-Boulder. His research focuses on why and how organizations participate in open communities and what we should be teaching our university students on these issues. His work has been funded by the National Science Foundation.
